Sound is everywhere around us; anything that has a vibration is creating a sound of some kind. Every organ and cell going down to the atomic level in the body has its own vibratory frequency and there is extensive, scientific research that shows sound can have profound effects on the human body and overall well-being.

Sound and vibration have the ability to not only work on emotions and overall well-being but on a cellular level as well. Connecting to these different frequencies and vibrational patterns can also allow you to realign with your cosmic blueprint. Healing with sound is believed to be one of the oldest forms of natural healing known to man.

We began our session with an Akashic Reading which led us to some Healing Magic with Crystals and Sound Bath. She intuitively arranged the crystals around and on me to correspond with my chakras that required healing.

As Terra went from chimes, crystal bowls to a variety gongs and drums I could literally feel the stuck energy leaving my body, as I have struggling stuck energy, letting things go for quite a while. There was the SHIFT I needed, there was the shift I was longing for, I could feel this through the core and heart space as tears flowed down the side of my face, she helped me heal this hurt I've been carrying for lifetimes, helping me cope with it. I wish I had words to articulate how I was feeling and the contrast to how I am feeling now.

Terra is a beautiful soul and I have had amazing sessions with her. Her space is always so welcoming and calming. In the akashic record sessions, she takes you through a journey through your records.
