Your initial session will be 3 hours.
Before starting your Beyond Quantum Healing Hypnosis, we will spend some time together for approximately an hour, to share about yourself, your journey so far and what intentions you have for the session. The information you provide helps to get a clearer vision for our time together and how to ultimately bring you to your desired outcome.
Before we begin the hypnosis itself, we’ll verbally set intentions for the session and work with some relaxation techniques and heart coherence techniques, to best support you for the regression.
Common areas clients wish to work on, or address:
Current life challenges, relationships(family/friends), repeating patterns and behaviours, spiritual growth or path, life purpose, life's work/soul business and direction, influences from past lives.

It is very helpful to create a list of questions you would like to ask that focus on areas you wish to work on, or address.

Questions are the key to receiving the desired answers. The clearer the questions, the clearer and more precise the answers will be.

Please limit your intake of coffee, alcohol, or drugs the day of the session.
The clearer your mind, the more efficient the session will be.
