Why This Mentorship?

I know this because I've lived it. For over a decade, I made my living through spiritual counsel and mentorship. Helping people see more clearly was my gift, and it changed lives, but there came a season that insight alone couldn't carry me through. Life asked me to rebuild not only my business, but my identity, leadership, and the way I understood transformation itself. That experience changed how I mentor.
I bring a background in social services, public relations, holistic health, transformational coaching, spiritual development, and retreat leadership. But more than any credential, this mentorship draws from having walked through collapse, reinvention, and renewal myself.
Over our six months together, I come to know you...not just the work you do, but how you move through life: how you make decisions, what lights you up, what you resist or avoid or pour too much of yourself into, where your natural gifts serve best, and where life is inviting you to stretch deeper. That depth of knowing isn't created in a single session, a weekend retreat, or a group container.

The Heart Path Journey
Over six months, we'll move through three distinct phases that form The Art of Inner Alchemy: Alignment Mapping, Refinement, and Transformation.
This is the framework that creates a firm foundation to build on. Each phase builds on the last.
While our mentorship follows a clear framework, every session is guided by what is most alive for you and the ebb and flow of your life. The phases help give our time together a sense of direction and arc of momentum, so neither of us is ever left in the dark.
My approach is holistic. We'll explore your business, relationships, health, habits, emotional wellbeing, and the ways each area influences the others. I'll also review your website, messaging, and online presence to see where you can be more aligned & authentic according to your goals and your natural way of leading and serving.
This is not surface-level guidance. It's a comprehensive exploration of how you live, lead, create, communicate, and make decisions.
Together we'll uncover patterns, strengthen your gifts, illuminate blind spots, and refine the way you move through the world.
The Alignment Map we create together becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
Phase 1 — Alignment Mapping (Months 1 & 2)
We begin by mapping your complete blueprint, how you've identified as a leader in the past, how you identify now, and where you're being called. You leave this phase with an integrated understanding of who you are, how you're designed to move through the world, and what this season of your life is asking of you. We also get crystal clear on your vision, mission & messaging. See what's working, what's aligned, where there are energy leaks, and what wants to shift. This phase will change the way you see everything.
Phase 2 — Refinement (Months 3 & 4)
We work with what is most alive. Your creative work, your relationships, your business, your health, the decisions asking for your attention, the places where life is inviting you to stretch. Everything is now guided by the Alignment Map from Phase 1. Patterns clarify and discernment is sharpened.
Phase 3 — Transformation (Months 5 & 6)
This is where you begin to embody what you've learned & integrated and your inner transformation becomes visible. Your choices become clearer your work becomes more aligned and you are leading from a place that feels natural and purposeful.
Each month includes 2 90-minute private sessions & integration week(s) — space to rest, integrate & let everything land before moving forward.

About Me
You and I are no strangers to knowing that transformation can be messy at times and that the mess can turn into a masterpiece.
For more than a decade, I've walked alongside folks through some of the most transitional times of their lives as a holistic health practitioner, spiritual counsellor and mentor, heart path guide and teacher and retreat leader. I have a background in social services, where I spent almost 7 years working directly with high-risk youth and families, holding space for compassionate inquiry, navigating crisis, trauma, and complex family systems, where discernment and boundaries were crucial to those responsibilities, but It’s the years of intimate 1:1 work and group sessions and teaching that taught me what it actually takes to hold and support someone through change, not just talk about it.
I mentor from lived experience, professional practice, and the belief that the greatest teachers are eternal students. If you're looking for someone to give you all the answers, we might not be a fit, but if you're looking for someone who will walk beside you, challenge you, and help bring to life what is already inside of you, I’m your girl!
