Tour Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place.
  • Full payment is due 30 days/4 weeks before the start of the tour
  • Payments are to be made via direct with Stripe payment link or Retreat Guru Payment link.

Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before booking your journey.

Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. This allows us to confirm accommodation, venues, and sacred site access in advance.
  • The deposit amount and total tour price will be clearly listed in your tour confirmation. Please check what is included and what is not included on the website.
  • Full payment is due 4 weeks before the tour start date.
  • If full payment is not received by the due date, your place may be offered to someone else.
  • You have an option of custom instalments plans that suit your needs, this will be discussed agreed upon on receipt of the payment link.

Cancellations by You

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel:

  • More than 60 days before the start of the tour: You may receive a refund minus the deposit, or transfer your balance (minus the deposit) to a future tour within 12 months( if applicable.)
  • 30–60 days (8 weeks) before the tour: 50% of your total payment (excluding deposit) is refundable.
  • 30 days (4 weeks / one month prior to the tour): No refunds are available. All funds will be retained to cover non-recoverable costs already paid on your behalf.

However, you may transfer your spot to another participant (subject to approval).

Cancellations by me

If we are forced to cancel the tour due to:

  • Low group numbers,
  • Political unrest or safety concerns,
  • Natural events (e.g., storms, pandemics),

you will receive a FULL refund, INCLUDING your deposit, or the option to transfer your full payment to a future tour.

We are not responsible for expenses related to your flights, accommodation outside the tour dates, or personal arrangements. Please insure accordingly.

Travel Insurance (Required)

All participants must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption,
  • Medical emergencies and evacuation,
  • Baggage loss or delay.

This protects both you and the group. You may be asked to show proof before departure.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—including but not limited to war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions—no refunds can be guaranteed. We will work with you to transfer your payment to a future journey, where possible.

Health & Fitness

Participants must ensure they are in good health and able to manage light walking, standing, and the climate of the destination.

Please notify us of any relevant medical conditions in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose health may affect the safety of the group.

Photos & Media

Unless you request otherwise in writing, you consent to photos and videos taken during the tour being used for future promotional materials, with care and respect.

Conduct & Right to Remove

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the group or the experience—without refund.

Liability & Waiver

By joining this tour, you acknowledge that:

  • You participate at your own risk.
  • The organizer and guides are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or unforeseen events.
  • You release the organizers from any claims related to the tour experience, transportation, or activities.

By Registering you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Agreement

By making your booking and submitting payment, you agree to these terms and understand that you are entering into the heart path pilgrimage that also involves logistical and financial commitments. We hold the space with clarity and heart, and we ask the same from you.

 


 

Please note all readings and treatments are not intended to be taken as legal or financial advice, psychological or psychiatric guidance, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They are intended to provide you with general and inner developmental information.

We do provide treatments that contain therapeutic programs, however, they are intended to work in unison and complement other forms of health services you may be receiving. Consult your physician or health care professional regarding a particular health matter. The consultant disclaims any liability arising directly or indirectly from any information given or received in the session.

Session Cancellation

Please notify us via e-mail only regarding cancellations no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

If we receive your cancellation less than 24 hours prior to your appointed time or you do not show up for your session no refund will be issued.

We do have some flexibility around this due to uncontrollable life circumstances, so please do connect with us about this.

If we receive your cancellation more than 24 hours prior to your appointment, we can reschedule your session to an alternate date and time at no additional cost or you can be refunded your full amount minus a $25 administration fee.

Event Cancellation by Event Host

We have the full right to cancel an event at any time due to low enrolment or other circumstances that may not make it feasible at that moment.

If we cancel an event, registrants will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit for future events or services with us.

If for any reason an event is postponed, we have the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new future date. It is up to the discretion of us.

We are not responsible for any other costs that the Registrant may have such as; flight, travel, accommodation reservations due to the cancellation of an event or retreat. Travel insurance is recommended.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations will be accepted by e-mail only.​
  • No refunds are issued for one-day events.​
  • If we receive your registration cancellation more than 14 days prior to the event you are eligible to receive a full refund.​
  • If we receive your registration cancellation more than 7 days prior to the event you may be eligible to receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee.​
  • Registration cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund. It will be up to the discretion of usto credit the value of the registration to the individual for future events or services with us.​
  • Refunds will not be available for those registered who choose not to attend a class or event.​
  • Refunds for partial payments will not be available if you choose to not attend the class or event and you will not receive the content for the full course. Full course content is only provided upon payment of the outstanding balance.​​
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used by the participant unless otherwise stated by us.
