This session is a place to find your footing again.
Heart Path Sessions invite you to pause for a moment to create momentum for change and get clear on what you need to move forward with more clarity & confidence with the next steps.

This session blends compassionate inquiry, insight and reflection to explore what may be underneath what you are experiencing. Together we take a deeper look at what you truly want, what feels aligned, and what your inner compass is directing you towards.
You will receive support & guidance to make sense of what is happening and identify what needs to change, shift, or be addressed.
This is a space to be heard and supported in a way that helps you connect with yourself in your heart and move forward in a way that feels best for you at this time.
Your session may involve somatic based techniques or guided inner journeys to focus on connecting your mind, heart and body to release stress, process emotions and clear any energetic blockages.

Turn Pain into Purpose:Â
Working as a holistic health practitioner is where I first started to witness what was possible when someone feels seen, heard and supported with what they are going through in a much different way from when I was a crisis support worker for children and youth in social services for almost a decade.
In 2014 I was specializing in lymphatic drainage massage and even though my clients came to me for physical conditions, there was so much that was not being addressed emotionally and together with the assistance of natures medicine in the essential oils and getting to the heart of what was going on, which some times meant listening to how the body was speaking.
Seeing breakthroughs over and over again fuelled a passion in me to be of service to the heart, emotional-well being and the spirit and soul, because healing is WHOLE-listic.
My practice shifted in 2015 to working with the human energy filed, sound, frequency, and spiritual counselling, retreats and in 2021 I started offering ways to work deeper for long-term support through mentorship & heart path education.
For over a decade I have been supporting clients go through the layers of conditioning, programming, repatterining beliefs and accessing the wisdom of the heart to awaken the spirit within and to shine their light in the world.Â
In 2023 I had a profound spiritual encounter with Jesus that has changed my life and business in ways I never would have imagined. Everything I do with clients is to fundamentally walk together in faith and trust and to invite God to be with us every step of the way.
