Course Breakdown

Heart Path Awakening

I first started in the wellness industry over 10 years ago as a Holistic Health Practitioner, specializing in Aromatherapy Lymphatic Drainage Massage. The conditions and symptoms clients were coming in with were physical, but it was so much more than that, they were also emotional, mental and spiritual.

My deepest passion was to help others get out of pain and suffering that targets the root, not just the symptoms and that was a catalyst for me shifting my practice to coaching & spiritual mentorship.

Common themes that kept coming up with clients & students were they were stuck or trapped in a constant loop of needing to heal or thinking they needed to be "fixed."

Something about being on the perpetual hamster wheel of healing didn't sit right with me because I could see their potential and believed in them, but to make anything stick they needed to be able to see it, feel it and believe it too.

I knew transformation was possible and it was time to dig deeper to find the necessary pathways to lasting change.

Now I offer, transformational events, courses, retreats & pilgrimages that show you the keys you have inside of you to unlock potential and clear blocks.
